Filtertechnik spun bonded

Filter elements are designed for use in process and cutting fluid applications. Our Spun elements are manufactured with either polypropylene or nylon filter media. Element fibres are blown onto and thermally bonded to a central support core with increasing fiber density towards the core, creating depth filtration. All layers are interlinked to offer maximum support while ensuring high void volume. These elements excel in dirt holding capacity and are low in pressure drop, as well as being structurally sound and able to withstand high flow rates.

• Filtertechnik Spun elements fit most industrial housings incorporating the double open ended sealing arrangement, as well as standard polypropylene, PVC & polycarbonate housings
• In addition, Filtertechnik Spun elements are available withend caps for most plug in style O-ring fittings, making them ideally suited to more critical applications requiring the assurance of these double seals
• Our range includes direct replacements agianst PAL, CUNO etc.

Filtertechnik Pleated

Elements are available with polypropylene or glass microfibre media. Both the PP (Polypropylene media) and GP (Glass microfibre media) style of element feature a polypropylene outer wrap, core and end cap assembly. PP elements provide wide chemical compatibility while meeting FDA requirements for process applications. GP elements feature increased dirtholding capacity and element life. Filtertechnik Spun Pleated elements have been designed for industrial processes where both high efficiency and low pressure drops are required. Thermal welding processes ensure optimal element integrity, eliminating any extractables.
