EM100/102 Electromagnetic
flow meters

The EM series of electromagnetic flowmeters are small bore meters for low flows. Available in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" they have maximum flow rates of 4, 11 and 38 L/min respectively.
They use bipolar DC technology at a frequency high enough to allow for measurement of pulsating flows from diaphragm type metering pumps. All electronics are housed in a single compact, chemical resistant housing. |
The EM series is available in 3 versions
> The EM100 is a blind unit providing only a isolated pulse output of 1000 pulses per litre.

The EM102 is similar but with the addition of 4-20mA analogue output as well. Both units require a 12-24 VDC supply. This "blind" configuration make these units ideal for OEM builds and integration into PLC control systems.

The EM101 version has a remote LCD (wall mount) providing a clear indication of flow rate, total and resettable total. There is also a 4-20mA and 0-5 V analogue output, and two programmable alarm relay outputs. The EM101 requires a 220 VAC supply.
