Filtertechnik, the filtration division of Hydrotechnik, is launching a value added flushing service.

Hot oil flushing is ideal for troublesome systems or where large amounts of contamination have been introduced to a machine.
We have successfully completed a number of projects as a service supplier.

Case studies
The application: Steelworks, new pipework installation. The task: Local Pirtek branch supplied piping expertise and provided a wide range of hose assemblies and fittings to connect flushing equipment to the new system.

The application: Car doorframe press shop.
The task: Working with local Pirtek branch who identified the opportunity, Filtertechnik supplied flushing equipment and expertise.

The rigs we use are the latest in flushing technology. They are very portable hot oil pulsation units designed to work on any system with up to 3” in diameter pipework.

On-board Particle Counters ensure the correct ISO / NAS cleanliness is reached. Flushing is carried out until the
target results are achieved.
