In order for you to gain a better understanding of how our Dry washing and Final polishing units operate, we have made a series of basic movies that will show you where and how you can apply these systems to your operation. These demonstrations were purposely done on a small scale and designed to be easy to understand and transparent.

Magnesol Dry Washing
Dry washing is simple and far quicker than conventional wet washing. This basic video shows the excellent results that can be achieved using Filtertechnik's Dry wash units.
You can see how effective dry washing can be at removing residues from the production process, as well as removing Magnesium Silicate.

The importance of Final polishing and Contamination Control
Final polishing will remove the final traces of production chemicals and magnesium silicate, leaving your bio-diesel ultra-clean and suitable for use. In order for you to have total quality control over your production, you can see the PC9000 particle counter showing real live cleanliness codes. All batch data can then be archived for total traceability.
