RLT Medium Pressure Filters 55 Bar Flows From 100 to 265 L/min

Schroeder Industries have introduced a new family of medium pressure return line filters with the launch of the RLT. Models from 100 up to 265 L/min are available and are targeted at various industries with the wheeled vehicle market a particular target especially ones with Hydrostatic drive systems.

Designed for applications where pressure or sudden flows are present in a return line, the RLT is a low cost alternative to pressure spin ons, or where a high pressure filter is over specified for an application.

The key to the patent pending design is the unique rolled thread design on the removable bowl. The thread is dirt tollerant and makes element changes as easy as with standard spin on designs.

The design allows a high efficiency cartridge to be used instead of a low quality cannister. Any element from a vast range can be fitted.

Dirt alarms are available as either pop up or pop up with thermal lockout to avoid cold start errors. Electric switches are also available in 2 formats, 3 pin hirschmann type or a low cost OEM grounding switch (preferred option)

The advantages of fitting standard elements instead of spin on cans are many fold. Future legislation will tighten up on the disposal of used elements. The single cartridge element can be crushed to reclaim the oil before disposal.
