Construction Industry Problem We were unable to find a data logger that could capture and record key data as part of the hydraulic testing carried out on our machinery.
Solution
We required an advanced and easy to use data logger capable of capturing and recording hydraulic pressures, temperatures & hydraulic flow along with engine rpm, engine load % & fuel rate.
We found Hydrotechnik's 5060 plus MultiSystem partnered with the Hydrcom6 matched our requirements. As a research & development test Engineer in the mobile crushing & screening industry it is very important for us as a company to carry out actuated hydraulic testing on our prototype mobile rock crushers & screening machines.
The Hydrotechnik 5060plus measuring instrument has proven to be an excellent tool to carry out such demanding testing with its 6 analogue channels, & 2 frequency channels along with CAN data acquisition. This give us the ability to record & monitor hydraulic pressures, temperatures & hydraulic flow along with engine rpm, engine load % & fuel rate all at the same time.
Overall I would highly recommend the MultiSystem 5060plus as a must have for a service / development engineer who is required to carry out critical testing as part of their research and development programme. Likewise the Hydrocom6 software that is supplied with the 5060plus is an essential aid and helps us archive and analyse data from multiple tests".
