Pressure sensor calibration

Handheld data logger calibration & service
Hydrotechnik data loggers are calibrated and certified using UKAS certified advanced calibrating equipment. The calibration process is followed by a system management test, full inspection and general maintenance.
Digital/Analogue pressure gauge calibration
Analogue and digital pressure gauge calibration & cerfication UKAS certified advanced calibrating equipment. Gauges are referecened then calibrated point to point with rising and falling pressure readings.

Digital display calibration & certification using UKAS certified advanced calibrating equipment.
Component conformance certificates
Hydraulic & Pneumatic components can be tested & issued with a conformance certificate for pressure, temperature and sealing integrity. Tests can be carried out on oil up to 1200 bar or with air up to 200 bar.

Oil sample analysis kits
We can analyse a wide range of fluid samples in house. Test kits can be supplied with Minimess test points, all necessary adaptors & microbore hoses. Kits are supplied with a pre-paid sample bottle and report card with address to forward the sample to the laboratory.
Certificates are then supplied showing all results to the latest ISO standards relating to the fluid tested or as per specific requests.
Repairs & services
Hydrotechnik UK provides a full repair service on all Hydrotechnik and non-Hydrotechnik test equipement. Units are normally repaired in the UK or will be forwarded to the original manufacturer for repair estimates if necessary.
